We have avoided bureaucratic, over-engineered investment processes that stifle investment flair. The size and location of our investment team means that communication is ongoing, debate is open and thorough and decisions are made and executed swiftly. Ad-hoc, at-the-desk meetings are the norm. This is in sympathy with the dynamic nature of markets.

 

Our investment managers are given full discretion and accountability when managing their portfolios. There are no diluted consensus committee views and no excuses.
