  • The fund(s) selected for investment
  • The amount to be invested per fund

On receipt of an application

Once we have accepted your application we will invest the gross subscription in the fund(s) selected at the next valuation point following receipt of the application.

For an OEIC we will deduct any initial charge from the gross subscription before it is invested. For a unit trust the initial charge is included in the buying price. We will calculate the value and price of shares (OEICs) or units (unit trusts) every business day (a business day is any day on which the ACD/Unit Trust Manager is open for business for the buying or selling of shares or units) in accordance with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations and the prospectus scheme particulars of the fund(s).

Verification documents

On application, we must verify both the name and permanent address of clients and any individuals linked to their accounts as we are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), which requires financial institutions to obtain evidence of a client's identity.

In today's environment, financial crime and identity theft are increasing problems. As we hold personal and confidential information about our clients' investments, it is paramount we do not divulge any of this information to an unauthorised third party. Therefore, to meet our regulatory requirements and to protect our clients, we must verify both your name and permanent address (and any individuals linked to your accounts).
