Please ensure you quote the following when notifying us of your change of address. This can be done via post or fax.
Once the address has been changed, a letter will be sent to both the old and the new address to advise of the change as a security measure. The letter sent to the old address does not contain any account information, it simply advises that we have changed the address.
| Amending direct debit details |

Where possible, please give us 10 working days notice to amend your direct debit on a single account, which is either the 1st or the 15th of the month. You may amend your direct debit details by writing or faxing us with your account details. If you are amending your existing bank details, please complete the direct debit mandate form and return to us.
We will then send a letter to confirm this has been amended.
