Required documentation

If you are not an existing investor please note that the following documents must be included with the original application:


Corporations: Original or Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association and a Certificate of incorporation along with an authorised signatory list, extract from the commercial registry and proof of identification for company directors and authorised signatories.


Individuals: Proof of identity: a copy of your passport or national ID card certified by either Certified or Chartered Public Accountant, Notary Public or Practising Solicitor, Embassy or Consular Staff or a Designated Body in the EU, Australia, Canada, Channel Islands, Hong Kong, Iceland, Isle of Man, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland or Turkey.


Proof of address (two separate items required): an original utility bill, bank statement or similar which bears the applicant's name and address. Such original documents may be no more than three months old.
