Roger Dossett is chief executive of property fund management and manages the direct property portfolio of the New Star UK Property Unit Trust. He is a senior figure in the property industry, in which he has 37 years' experience. He was appointed to the board of Estates & General plc in 1982 and became managing director in 1992.
Stuart Webster is head of global property at New Star. He has 23 years' experience of international property markets. Prior to joining New Star, he worked at Citigroup from 2002 building and managing international property funds. Stuart has also worked at DTZ International and Savills.
Marcus Langlands Pearse joined New Star in 2003. He has 17 years' experience in commercial property gained while working at HypoVereinsbank. As director of UK property, Marcus focuses on acquisitions and marketing for the fund. Marcus holds an MA in Geography from Edinburgh University.
Robin Carr, MRICS, head of property acquisitions Europe has 20 years' experience in commercial property. He most recently worked at CBRE where he was a director for Europe, Middle East and Asia investments concentrating on investment acquisitions across Europe.
Simon Tyrrell, MRICS, head of property acquisitions Asia has 10 years' experience in commercial property, of which five years were spent in Asia. Simon recently worked at CBRE, where he was an associate director for investment properties Asia.
Gregor Logan, joint chief investment officer and fund manager, joined New Star in 2004. He has 30 years' investment experience. Gregor was previously chief investment officer of Pavilion Asset Management and MGM Assurance, prior to which he worked for 13 years at Fidelity International. Gregor holds an LLB in Law from Edinburgh University.
