New Star Investment Funds is delighted to announce that both Deanne Parry Jones and Lucy Hammerbeck have joined New Star to further strengthen the New Star International Property Fund team.
Deanne, who joins New Star from REIT Asset Management, has more than seven years' experience providing financial analysis on proposed purchases and existing investments in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia and India. Deanne was also a portfolio manager for 312 Boots stores throughout the UK and has extensive experience in property strategy and portfolio management.
Lucy has more than eight years' experience in commercial real estate of which the past four years have been spent in Asia. Prior to joining New Star, Lucy worked for AIG Global Real Estate Investment (Asia) LLC as a senior asset manager for its North Asia (exc. Japan) Portfolio.
Joining the New Star International Property Fund, Deanne and Lucy will report to Roger Dossett, chief executive of property asset management at New Star.
