Citywire fund manager ratings
Citywire, the financial data group, has pioneered the concept of highlighting the performance of the best fund managers rather than the best funds. They believe it is the talent of great fund managers that drives superior investment performance.
The quality of our fund managers has received independent endorsement from Citywire. New Star was named overall winner in Citywire's 2006 group awards for asset management groups with at least eight qualifying managers. The awards were based on individual fund managers' risk-adjusted performance over the three years to June 2006 across 15 Investment Management Association sectors. This is the third year in a row in which New Star has won this prestigious award.
